Plug-and-play connector between your PMS and Google
RateConnect is an out-of-the-box connectivity platform to feed the availability, rates, and inventory from your PMS directly into Google's ecosystem.
No need for expensive connectivity platforms and long contracts. Just use the APIs that already exist to feed free booking links and Google Hotel ads.
Daily accuracy checks
A sample of stays is re-priced against your live booking engine every day, the same comparison Google scores you on.
You choose the rates
Only the rates you tick go to Google. Staff, agent and other restricted rates start unticked.
Deep links and click data
One link template for every property, and a record of every click: stay, room, price shown, device and country.
Google's reports in one place
Impressions, clicks, price accuracy, coverage, and why you missed out when you did, read straight from Google.
Your name and icon
Manage the brand name and icon Google shows beside your price, and follow them through Google's review.
Your Hotel Center, or ours
Go live through Umi's Google partner account, or connect your own and run Hotel Ads from your own Google Ads.
From Mews to Google in four steps
No new system for your team to learn. Rate Connect sits between the two and does the joining up.
Plug in your Mews details
Paste your booking engine link. We read your rooms, rates, guest categories, currency and address straight from Mews.
Every stay, priced a year ahead
Every arrival date for a year, every stay from one to thirty nights, priced the way Mews prices it and refreshed every six hours.
Google shows your price
Prices go to Google before anyone searches, and Google's own price requests are answered in milliseconds. Your rate sits alongside the OTAs.
The guest books direct
A click lands in your Mews booking engine with dates, guests and room already filled in. You see what was clicked, and at what price.
The right price for every stay, directly into your booking engine
We take great pride in being the plumbers of the hotel internet.
Our role is to make the best use of the connectivity people already have.
We use the APIs that hotels are already paying for and feed data to the platforms that need it.
Quick and easy, genuinely
The Mews side takes minutes. Google's matching takes as long as Google takes, and we look after it.
Any Mews link, or just the configuration ID. Everything else comes from Mews.
Price a real stay through the exact path Google uses, and see what Google would receive.
Tick what goes to Google. Anything that looks restricted starts unticked, with the reason.
We publish your property to Google, confirm the match, and your year of prices builds itself.

Questions we're asked
No. Rate Connect reads directly from Mews through the Mews Connector API. If you use a channel manager for other channels, nothing changes there.
Only the ones you choose. Rates that look restricted start unticked. Google is shown your lowest available price for each stay.
Every stay is priced the way Mews prices it, including length-of-stay bands, minimum stays and closures. Prices refresh every six hours, and a sample is checked against your live booking engine every day.
Google keeps the last good prices. A failed lookup is never reported to Google as sold out, so a temporary fault can't hide rooms you'd happily sell.
Yes. Rate Connect plugs Mews into Google Hotel Prices. It doesn't cover TripAdvisor or other metasearch sites.
Your choice. Go live through Umi's Google partner account and we handle it, or connect your own Hotel Center account and manage Hotel Ads from your own Google Ads.
Appearing in Google's free booking links costs nothing. Hotel Ads are paid placements bought through Google Ads, managed by you or by us.
A flat monthly fee per property. No commission on your bookings, and no long connectivity contract.
