Grace Morgan

Grace is our wonderful Client Success Manager at Umi. Grace started her Umi career late 2024 as an Account Manager and now in her client success role builds and grows all client relationships and the point of contact for all client success. Grace is ambitious, kind and always strives for ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and a pleasure to work with every day. With over 10+ years in hospitality, she is deeply passionate and knowledgable about the industry. Outside of work, Grace loves to travel around the UK and beyond- her recent trips have included Greece and Hong Kong!
