Umi × Poly API
Poly API is a middleware platform that brings a long list of hospitality and non-hospitality systems together under one unified API. Built by connectivity and data specialists, it handles the integrations, the data flows and the architecture underneath, so what you build on top sits on something robust rather than on a collection of point-to-point connections that break quietly.
For us, Poly solves a specific and recurring problem: a client whose stack doesn’t match the last client’s stack. Rather than rebuilding against a different PMS or CRM every time, we build once against Poly and let the middleware absorb the difference. They already power data flow and custom pipeline management for large enterprises, which is a useful signal when the question is whether something will hold at scale.
PMS-agnostic booking engines
Custom booking experiences built once against Poly, then deployed across different property management systems without starting again each time.
CRM and guest data interfaces
Clean, consistent connections into CRM platforms, with the mapping and reconciliation handled in the middleware rather than scattered through application code.
Enterprise data pipelines
Managed flows between operational systems, built for groups with real volume and real governance requirements.
Stack-change insulation
Because the integration layer sits between your applications and your vendors, replacing a system underneath becomes a middleware change rather than a rebuild.
